Prelude is a multi-part series translating the flow of thoughts and feelings by the exploration of colour. In particular, it is an earnest attempt to do justice to the complex feelings of disconnect, calm, and solitude that one experiences within the blue void of the sea.
Inspired by the ocean, but not singularly about the ocean, this series is an invitation to experience the vacuum of being and unbeing - like a breath between laps.
